I think I'm gonna give the new movie a chance but... I thought I'd try my hand at some controversy anyway.

I'm usually one for uncanny-valley and 'ugly' things, but the new Ninja...aliens...are really hideous. And the toys of them have no pupils!

Yeeeeah they're...they're really awful looking in the new movie. The new trailer really makes them, well, they seem like four big black guys. :p But the designs are fucking awful.

I totally agree. I was excited when I read there was going to be a new movie, but absolutely LOATHE the style. The trailer looked decent, aside from that.

The only major Issue I have with the new TMNT movie Is Megan Fox as April. I think she is a poor choice for the part.

I dunno much about her. The Transformer movies were so long that she's just a blur. I've been told she's " hawt " though but I don't really care about that all that much.

Bay isn't even directing this. To be honest I don't even know if anyone else would do it any better though, I lost faith in Hollywood after watching The Dukes Of Hazard. At least with Bay's Transformers he was smart enough to listen to the fans enough to have Peter Cullan Voice Optimus Prime. Unfortunately I can say I'm a fan of the Majority of the Character designs but that's another discussion.

It's michael bays crew. They are going to do by the numbers Destiny story trope. "Why do the Turtles fight? Because it's what they do." Probably no mention of the utron aliens, or shredder being a leader of a Japanese crime syndicate of ninjas. The first and last movie is the closes we'll ever get to a full comic adaptation. Not saying it's required to be that way, but the stories were more interesting then what we have been getting thus far. Like adapt one of the series where they met Yo jimbo

I read who the cast was and that kinda spoiled the somewhat lame secret about the Shredder this time around.

I love the CG TMNT movie. The 3 live-action ones have their charm too.

I'm still not really sure about the TMNT movie or the Nickelodeon TMNT. But I might see some forgiveness for Michael Bay if there is a decent CG Krang in the last two movies..providing if they ever get made.

I saw the trailer for that and it... disgusted and bothered me. It had some slight funny parts too but... eeehh... I dunno about that movie at all. The new turtles just look bad but they don't make me ill.
