A really fun prop commission for  Sockune!!
Similar to the other collar I made: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9065749/ but in blue!

42 inches in length not including buckle, and 4 inches wide, built from marine vinyl with silver "hardware" pieces. The loop and ring are adjustable (or removable if desired!) with a dummy tab so it looks like a buckle-on collar. The buckle, tab, and loop are stuffed and the collar gets its thickness from a foam interior.
