Well, it's that time of the year again: its very beginning where our hopes are renewed.🤭

My goal still the same as the last two years: move to a better country, only this time I have more of a "green light" to do so. I gotta say I'm kind of an important piece in the few friend and family circles I belong here, so one of the reasons that had weighed down my efforts to do so was a guilty conscience to move abroad and leave some holes here. Well, not only this year things are a lot more settled down on that matter, I also fear for a near future since this is a presidential election year down here, and well... Brazil ain't getting any better. In these past twenty years as an adult I've seen very few positive changes to supress the ever so growing cost of life and ever so receeding quality of life no matter who's in charge, and I don't have any reasons to believe the next four years will see any improvement - by the looks of it once again these people are going to choose either to "remain poor in the hands of the left" or "remain poor yet blindly complacent and self-opressive in the hands of the alt-right". So yeah, no time like the present to abandon this continental sinking ship.


Regarding art in general... things will change a bit this year, based on my past mistakes and the lessons I learned from not knowing my actual productivity pace. After a thorough self evaluation I'll start by reducing the number of animated commissions, in special the 'colorless but fluid' ones, a.k.a. $130 ones. I still got some from a semester ago to finish as I publish this journal, shame and heartache. ^^; Which is one of the reasons I'm not reopening any kind of commissions in the next two or three weeks, gotta try and convert this time in pending comm progress. Also, worth nothing, those next footvolley pics from that poll are finally going to come out, as well as a sort of "repechage^EU poll" (or "wild card^NA poll") for the five ones who didn't make it against another five girls in the cast.😉
