TERMS OF SERVICE:

-We reserve the right to post all art that we draw, no exceptions. You may however, chose to remain anonymous once posted.

-Please wait to post any art purchased from us until the fully completed image goes public. We delay our posts by level of progression as a way to have daily uploads and grant early access to completed works to our patrons. Furthermore, No Feeding our art to AI machines or data-bases, no using our art as a base for AI generated images, no art theft or claiming that you drew anything you commissioned. It should also be noted that for Patrons, no Posting of Early Access content will be permitted; please be mindful of this or you will be blacklisted.

-Commission Work and Art Trade Work takes time to complete, We ask for your patience as we work to complete any art you are owed. We will always have our DMs open to clients, so please reach out if you are ever curious on our progress. We will try to work as quickly as we can, progress on any images will also be displayed next to the slot on our queue.

-If you prevent communication with us after purchasing a commission, we will complete your work without revision, post it to make it accessible, and remove your name from the queue before blacklisting you.

-You must have references (NO AI) and payment ready for whatever character you want us to draw. Any image is fine, but have something. Your slot will not be claimed until payment is complete; You may reserve a slot for up to 48 hours, however.

When sending payment, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PUT ANY TEXT WITHIN THE NOTE FOR THE PAYMENT! This can put both our and your accounts in risk of termination!

-Know that prices and Patron benefits are subject to change at any time. If you show any signs of bigotry or treat us poorly with a lack of respect, you are subject to lose Patron privileges.

-Under no circumstances are derivative works allowed if you do not own said art. If you didn't pay for it, don't edit our work. AI images featuring any of our headmates, characters, or art will have you blacklisted. All of the feet we draw are typically wrinkly, keep this in mind if you're interested in commissioning us.

-No AI recreations of our art, characters or headmates will be tolerated, even if you own said piece. Failure to comply will have you blocked and blacklisted.

-You as a commissioner are permitted 1 revision per level of quality, not including shading. Once the art is completed, that's it. No refunds on any art or commission slot once claimed.

-You must have full permission to use whatever characters are drawn if they are OCs, 'Sonas or represent real people. Characters from other works of fiction are fine.

-You must be at or over the age of 18 to receive art from us.

-Art trades are exclusive to mutuals. Do not ask unless we're friends with you. If you wish to use one of us in a piece of work, run it by us first for approval, or depict us without our seals.

-Do not under any circumstances invalidate us as a system. We are not arguing our plurality or existence with you. Leave if that bothers you.

-DMs ARE FOR BUSINESS ONLY! Unless you are a close friend or have something important to tell us, please do not waste our time. We are not here for small-talk.

-By doing any form of business with us, you are hereby agreeing to our TOS and are therefore subject to its rules.
