As I don't have enough examples here fitting for commission page, I'll let you know that I'm open for commissions.
I bill hourly (20 euro/h). Commission fee contains planning, getting familiar with your OCs (if that's your order), sketching, drawing, coloring, finishing touches as well as material payment (electricity).
