A COMMISSION INFORMATION
1. It is YOUR responsibility to provide me with all relevant information as well
as an accurate reference sheet of your character(s)
2. The character(s) for said commission have to be your own, or have permission
to use. If I am notified later on that the character isn't yours/you didn't have
permission to use, you will be: blacklisted, blocked, and the artwork will be
repurposed.

B WORK IN PROGRESS/UPDATES
1. You will be provided work in progress updates. It is your responsibility to
to look over what I send you and request corrections if necessary. I am not
responsible for any mistakes you may have overlooked. Once you approve of what
I send you (sketch, lineart, color) there will be a small fee depending on
what edits I have to make.
Example: "Character is suppose to have a nose ring" <-- 50 cent fee
"Character is suppose to have multicolored tiger stripes" <-- 6 dollar fee

C RIGHTS TO THE ART
1. All rights of the artwork itself belong to me, meaning you cannot reproduce
the art for sale or commercial use. All commissions are for personal use only.
2. You do not have permission to trace any of the art I make, you can however,
use it as a reference or for study.

D REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds are available if the piece has not been started, if work has been
started, a fee will be deducted based on how much progress was made.
*If you are having financial issues where you can no longer
pay for the last portion of the commission, let me know ASAP.
We can negotiate maybe a cheaper commission option, that way
you can still have something.
2. Refunds are not possible after the piece is completed. You will be blocked
and blacklisted if you attempt a chargeback.
3. I am entitled to refuse or cancel any commission. If I do so, a full
refund will be given to you IF AND ONLY IF progress has not been done.
