Aldenae is a bunnaroo that has existed in my mind for a long time, since before Atami and Ayami appeared. In fact, she used to be known by a different name; Teresa.

In that picture, the Bunnaroo were still very early on and had puffier cheeks which got removed later because while cuter, both couldn't be drawn consistantly and just made her look overweight.
Ever since then however and the earlier image that pre-dated the bunnaroo (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/16621384/), Teresa, now Aldenae, is a character that has been with me for a while but brought forward from her origins. You can even see in this picture the style design that inspired the patterns on the recent Aldenae clothing.
So, Aldenae finally has her design, while the first (as Teresa), the design shift saw other characters get designed/redesigned first before her.
I may move on next to design a male Bunnaroo soon.
