At the top of the FA page there is a bar with
Browse, Submit, Community, Support, Search, (Your username), My FA, Various notifications, SFW/NSFW toggle, and Log out.

Click "My FA"

this will drop down a list of things you can do (Might want to look at these more to personalize your FA page)

To remove this Journal choose the Journal one and it will show you were to create a journal and beside the white text box there will be a list of existing journals that you can choose to edit or remove
