Service

I retain the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

If an order becomes canceled for whatever reason, one of the following options will occur:
A) If the order is canceled by the customer, a partial refund may be given dependent on the amount of work completed on the project.
B) If I must cancel the order, a complete refund will be given regardless of the amount of work completed.
C) If despite repeated recorded attempts to communicate with the customer, I do not receive any response from the customer for more than a month, they forfeit right to both the product and any refund.

Time Frame

Most orders will be completed within a week but can be as long as three weeks. If there is any reason why an order may take longer, I will attempt to contact the customer to confirm whether they are willing to wait or would prefer a refund on their order.

Shipping

I ship both within the United States and International via USPS. The customer is responsible for any shipping and/or customs costs required to receive the product.
