I like being a lion cause they is pretty! Also they represent family to me. I want one and so being a lion kinda represents my small family.

Also silver and purple are my favorite colors. I just mixed em together. ^_^

That's a hard one. But.. Hmm. I have always felt a 'connection' to them somehow. Like they represent strength. And being strong to myself means a lot. So.. I went lion! And lions are just awesome. And awfully cuddly :3

:D my favorite thing about lions are their big peets... Those cuddly paws are to die for. After a while of canine sonas I realized I just didn't connect with them, and I started to feel a bigger connection to lions because I'm a Leo too My old sonas used to be some wild colors but as soon as I went with a brown palette I was so happy. I haven't tweaked my fursonas design in over a year which to me is impressive. 8D A pride also represents my relationship in a sense, since I'm poly (I've got a boyfran and a girlfran) (Also my gf's last name is Lyon ssssooo guess whose name I'm gonna take LMAO)

My favorite thing is that they're strong. Their families are called prides. And they're purdy!

The African lioness represent my personality in many ways, as Sekhmet and the sign of Leo played a large role,as well as the element of fire in my choices, due to how I related to them in one form or another. :) In addition, my brother is a cougar, and I wished to be closer to what he was, and it just all came together. :) I like to work together in family groups, and I can't stand the idea of living alone. I need a group to call my own, that I can work side-by-side with and connect with. All in all, it's hard to see why NOT to pick a lion. :D

The reason for the addition of Raven to it, is purely out of my mother's nickname for me, and because I relate to the creativity and out-of-the-box thinking that they can do. Plus, even though I wanted to be a lioness, I also wanted wings, so... >.>

I was born a Leo so why not make the most of it. I've always loved the color blue and I tend to have an icy, dominant personality.

In junior high school, our mascot was the pride. ...mind you, not A lion...but the whole pride! Never mind that the Lion King is my favorite film of ALL TIME. ...I just love lions. I love their strength, their grace and their devotion to family. Those are all things I admire in any creature, but lions really embody it for me.

Personality wise? Lions are kind of jerks in the wild, so that's one thing I don't feel like I share with lions. Honestly, I'm probably more in line with a tiger, since I love to swim and such, but I love the look of lions more.

Roar! The reason I chose a lion sona is partially because my zodiacal sign is Leo and because i like lions! As for the royal color of my mane, its a celestial color so thats why! The best thing about lions is naps!

The strength power and lore, lion in the animal kingdom are royalty and protect their own but can also cut loose and have fun.

As for my color scheme, I was looking at white lions and wanted to a a flare so came up with the backstory of being cross breed with with an albino liger hence the stripes. The blue he dyes to show his originality.

I recently joined the pride for real.
Had a headshot of my lioness for quite some time (5 or 6 years) but never had a view of what her body would look like.

To me Azana is a representstion of my strong, broadshouldered self, whilst still keeping her femininity in tact.
Also I see myself as a caring warrior type who fights for what and who she loves, am always on the lookout.

Her markings I kept very simple, cuz I am a simple person with a huge character to compensate this

To answer the first question, it would have to be the fact that lions can be cute, yet brutal at the same time. Duality is kinda my thing.

To answer the second, my personality is more of my own personality. Generous and kind, but also brutal and dark if need be. The colors are taken from the stereotypical skin tone of Native Americans, which I am. Trying to take something bad and turn it into something good, y'know?

I love being a lion because of their regal physique, beautiful mane, hard to list the reasons.

Rinato's colors represent the transpride flag shown most in his freckles and beans. Even his name has deep meaning, Rinato Cholovichyy, this is both Italian and Ukrainian loosely meaning "Reborn Male".

One of my favorite animals is the lion because of several reasons - their power, their beauty, their grace - there could be many more. They are such beautiful, amazing creatures!

My tribal lion character, Juan Tivola, came out of inspiration for my special like in white lions because they are so rare. And his personality was to be that of a welcoming gentle giant, a capable chieftain, and a strong, powerful warrior.
