When I draw at the mall, it's a little like that, but not nearly as bad. Mostly I get, "Wow, you're good! Do your cartoons get printed in the paper? They should! You should send them to the paper!"
Oh, and sometimes a kid will watch me draw something and then ask, "Did you draw that?"
In cases where I've gone to a con, the artists can be the opposite. I remember a group of artists just wouldn't let me leave until they told me the ENTIRE premise of their "awesome" comic! XD
Oh good grief... I hate hovering idiots... I mean, it's nice that people admire one's work, but for the love of god... if you're not going to be reasonably social, then leave us the hell alone.
XD I just can't believe people like that really exist.
as just returning from a con... I can atest to this...
it does cause me to wonder why there aren't more geeks out there missing eyes though...
Oh, and sometimes a kid will watch me draw something and then ask, "Did you draw that?"
ja ja ja
muy bueno
XD I just can't believe people like that really exist.
I know how they feel.
Those geeks really need to get a life.
Reminiscent of the kid who tried to get Steve Gallacci to draw him something and ended up starting the whole "naked with a crowbar" thing!
Or Jim Hardiman's comic with the kid at the con asking for a picture of a vixen puking in a bucket :P
