If you have friends or family nearby, it might be a good time to give them a call and make arrangements for them to be with you for a bit.

My gf is here with me, she's taking him to the vet tomorrow, but he's stopped eating today. So I'm preparing myself for the fact we may need to let him go. I'm crying so hard I'm hyperventilating.

I am sorry to hear about your cat Dee I know how hard it is to raise pets from babies to adult hood and see them decline. Just know that you took the best care you could have over the years and they will always be grateful.

Loosing a close animal companion will be hard I won't lie but they will always be with you in spirit . I know I will be in the same boat in a few years when my current dog gets up there in age she's already 8 and showing signs of sever arthritis. So I know it's going to be roughier in the future.

Stay strong and know you did a good job raising your pets and depending on your beliefs you may see them again in the next life.

I'm sorry to hear your dog is showing signs of arthritis, my dog is also having some concerns, but her joint supplements seem to help her

I just started my dog on joint supplements so we will see how they do for her.

It's not wrong to hold out for hope but making the hard decisions that involve the ones we love are hard for a reason .
