General
I was admitted to the day hospital at the psychoneurological clinic because I wouldn’t sleep for days on end and then would sleep for several days straight (which caused my blood sugar to spike).
Because of the large influx of patients, the doctor wasn’t paying much attention to me.
He stopped my sedative and prescribed an antidepressant that I had already taken twice but refused because of the panic attacks and itching.
As a result, I went into anaphylactic shock; my whole body ached, and my face and throat swelled up.
The doctor stopped the medication and prescribed a sedative, which kept me awake and made me start hallucinating.
In the end, I told them all to go to hell, stopped going there, and stopped taking everything—surprisingly, my sleep and mood improved.
I don’t know what will happen next.

It does get better, whatever better looks like. Take a deep breath not to relax or hype yourself up over calming, but to just remind yourself that you're in an okay spot, and nothing immediate has changed. Be well.
I hope everything turns out for the best for you. Take good care of your health both physically and mentally. We all need you in your best state.
Sending an unhealthy amount of hugs from France and at least as much love <3
It's entirely possible your issues have nothing to do with any of this, but I wanted to offer my experience since I used to have insomnia that was so bad that more than one doctor said I was the worst case they'd ever seen.
Maybe this can help you get back on track, at least it helps me ^^
I wish you all the best!
