I was admitted to the day hospital at the psychoneurological clinic because I wouldn’t sleep for days on end and then would sleep for several days straight (which caused my blood sugar to spike).
Because of the large influx of patients, the doctor wasn’t paying much attention to me.
He stopped my sedative and prescribed an antidepressant that I had already taken twice but refused because of the panic attacks and itching.
As a result, I went into anaphylactic shock; my whole body ached, and my face and throat swelled up.
The doctor stopped the medication and prescribed a sedative, which kept me awake and made me start hallucinating.
In the end, I told them all to go to hell, stopped going there, and stopped taking everything—surprisingly, my sleep and mood improved.

I don’t know what will happen next.

The other day, I had to call an ambulance. It seems that my mental state has deteriorated.
I won't be able to see a doctor until the 13th. I hope I'll feel better.
Otherwise, I sleep for 24 hours and then don't sleep for 24 hours, I have no energy and feel apathetic.

Fortunately, it was repaired, fortunately it was not so expensive.

How it happened. After I noticed that it was heating up to 99 degrees, I cleaned the laptop and replaced the thermal paste, changed the battery on the BIOS. Fortunately, the laptop remained. At another repair shop, the diagnosis took five working days, and they said I needed to replace the power distribution board (I've already forgotten its name). They said it would arrive in a week.

It's all so frustrating. I'm using my friend's computer right now, but I'm not used to it yet. They haven't told me how much the repair will cost yet. I feel like screaming and crying into my pillow.

I was without it for almost a month, oh my God.

I needed to format my phone and forgot to set up two-step verification.
My carrier isn't sending me the code via text message, and customer support isn't responding.
