20k flat fee!?!?

okay I get it there's yearly maintenance and each resident should fork up atleast a few hundred/under a thousand for yearly maintenance but 20k for not living there for 15years!? We didnt even informed the fees till like recently, didnt even email the home owner and now the total fees is like 18k. I was planning to live there soon after my parents retire and can keep an eye on this house plus the butt hole iman that's denying me sleep. but now it's a delima....it's not even a rented we actually OWN the unit and some of these fees look ridiculous like biannual interest!? interest for WHAT!?
"must be rich having a house and a flat unit" no we've just been living very frugally for an amount of time we skipped generations of electronics and appliances, we still dont know what-how a dishwasher is and why a dryer it's hot here (and fucking humid). and this flat is very old near dilapidated, it was build in the 90s and now most of white paint is gone, just showing the bare concrete even at the time we moved out in 2009.
look I CAN pull out 18k outta my ass but to be living there, kinda glad I did update my comm sheet to a more stable currency and sure it's more "condensed" but if I least get a comm every month I could be stable but yeah financial wise it's somewhat bumpy. Adulting really a pain in the ass these days and it's normal to live with fam here but jeasus christ I really wanna get rid that loudspeaker if I were to keep living here instead and actually sell off the flat unit. I really rater not exist in the first place.
for real the fuck is the bi annual interest it's like 500 each ontop of the 700-800 maintenance fees and that's without the now inflated electric and water bills just because we've not been living there.

Also this does sound annoying.
Also if you aren't living there, why are the utilities on?
oh yeah comm sheet, yeah just currency change from USD to EUR amount "same" but depending of value differences between EUR and USD, better hope mr orange and + goons didnt fuck up the economy more now
As does the raising of fees for no reason
