while in a middle of making a criminal case against a (group of) person that have been mass uploading content mainly from my group of folks that drew mecha, aeros, etc. The worst part is these reuploads are open to be public and logged out users(I know I dont have a tiktok account) and these were done by Thai minors (15-6 as of 2025) interacting with mostly machine morphs NSFW art!)

MisokatsuGozen / SATV12 have made similar claim against the individual/group and big names artist like psyk323 and agitype01's still have been reuploaded by these minors, a mass callout will be maid though against the group but secondly agsint tiktok.

if you claimed "oh this is no worries, this is just tiktok I dont browse there" I disagree, artist have a choice of platform to present their content and it is all up to them to choose and many of us choose not to have our content on tiktok due to their policy not alight with our's or plain individual opinion, and I urge to please respect that choice.
