How do you guys handle this?

Time and time again i get people who bid and then dont read the note for days and then when they finally do they dont even reply, this has happened twice already in the past week.
I reach out but normally get ignored again, should i just ban them? i dont know everyone's situation but why are you bidding on art and then ignoring it when you win.. 
I try to always reply on Discord or in notes when I win things, even if it's to request a hold until I have a day off.
