You know how people are born with jobs in a fantasy world that seem useless but turn out to be awesome.

What if some human got that job "Pampered Pet."

It may seem worthless, but supposedly pets have a support role, what every human or no human role they have.

In the hero's case, it works better when you're literally pampered and babied much to his discontent.

How is it different to be a "Pampered Pet" and regular "Pet"? It's the difference between a part-time and full-tim Adult Baby.

Regular "Pet" chose to wear diapers, "Pampered Pet" needs to wear diapers for effectiveness.
