Im sorry Ive been gone for so long- at first I hoped Id have an answer to whats going on with me so I could update you guys but so far doctors have been super dismissive.
My entire body aches, my hands too. It hurts to even hold a pen for too long. It legitimately feels like that stupid meme with the guy drawing with a dumbell pencil. IDK if Im making sense, they just keep throwing pain meds at me that dont help but make me a little loopy so thats why Ive tried to avoid social media.
Im seeing a new doctor on Friday and hopefully Ill be taken more seriously.
At this point Im admittedly really scared and I dont really have a plan. My husband is going to fix my computer and I might see if I can do short doodle commission streams or something- if so 50% of the income would go to refunding my current commissions that I cant work on right now.
Even just typing this out is painful. Im so sorry that I didnt check in sooner. Please email me if you need to get a hold of me theblithedragon@gmail.com! I may have my husband act as secretary tho so I dont ramble about nonsense to people. <3
UPDATE
I was finally able to see a doctor on Friday. I wanted to update sooner but Ive also been down with some sort of stomach flu on top of everything and Ive really been terrible.
Not only was I able to see a doctor though I was actually listened to maybe? He ordered a lot more blood work but he thinks it could be neurological and so hes ordered imaging too. I dont go in for that until December 5 but were stopping one pain med that might have made things worse and trying a new medication so hopefully that will help.
I am truly so thankful for all of the well wishes and the incredibly generous donations. You all are truly life changing- thank you so much.
