I figured I'd write something creepy/unsettling for Halloween, but I didn't expect to end up making a novella-length story. I think it came out okay, but can't shake the feeling that it could've been a whole proper novel if I had more time. Either way, I think it's as long as it has to be. We'll see how big the next story is.
