About including translated text

Until now, I have been using the translation + original text method,
but I am wondering whether to continue doing it that way,
or just include the original text.
If you only use Google Translate, there is a risk that unintended things may be conveyed,
and if you only use the original text, it will require viewers to go through the trouble of translating it.
I wonder which one is better...
