I think there are a lot of people around you on a daily basis. If you want a partner, or just a one night stand, just risk it! You have nothing, so nothing to lose. Go up to a girl/boy and say, that you find them pretty, and wouldn't mind to spend a little time with them together...pause...maybe have a coffee/drink or something. If they say 'no' Just excuse yourself, and move on, don't tell them anything! It could make them curious... But you have only something to win...experience more like it, and with that, confidence as well. Also, don't try to hide who you are! Say them, that you are getting tired to just play video games alone, and would like to have something else to do and to come home to. This show the other, that you are invested, and committed to change, but only for a person who is worth your time.

But nothing will happen, if you don't go out and risk your meat on the dating scene! Go out, and sell your body...and your charm! =:3
