I don't even know how to make something that's so stylized like this, though. Everything I draw I base off of real world things, and I try to do anatomy, but that always ends up stiff and inexpressive. I don't know how to incite emotion or convey character like you're doing right here.

Ah, wow-- this submission caught my eye while I was trundling through all the recent submissions in boredom, and holy crap, I had no idea you were on FurAffinity too! I've really enjoyed watching your art on devart through the years (... and all your paper texture freeware is invaluable), and this is really a super rad concept for a character/entity, not to mention just a very cool piece. The thick, line-y strokes and saturation spike in that fire are super nice!
