In this shot, you can almost see the fan blades of the Rolls-Royce Trent turbofans. The engines produce so much power that the aircraft can liftoff with just one engine operative in case of an engine fail during takeoff.
Another thing that stands out is the landing gear. It was beefed-up to eliminate the need for an extra undercarriage leg which would have been positioned in-between the two main wheels.
