Most of you probably did'nt know this... I cook and make my own recipes! OwO
A low carb dessert, I missed my Ice-cream on my diet so this is a recipe I made to substitute it! :)
Taste: Creamy, Sweet yet a nice mild flavor comming out from the whipping cream, a great substitution of you want the sweet and creemy flavor of ice-cream!
Ingredients:
2 cups- 35% cream (whipping cream)
1/4-1/2 cup- Splenda (amount varies on your taste prefrence
1-2 TBSP- Vanilla extract (again ammount varies on taste prefrence)
Tools:
Large Bowl
Whisk or electric beater
and of course a spoon and bowl to eat! (LOL) :P
How to make:
1. Pour your whipping cream and splenda into a bowl
2. If using an electric beater set it to it's lowest setting and start to blend
3. Blend till the mixture forms soft peaks, add your vanilla
4. Blend in vanilla till hard peaks form, I DO NOT recommend mixing it in with a spoon... This will make the whipping cream loose all the air that makes it fluffy! If you do use a spoon, try to only FOLD it in
5. Finnished! Enjoy now or freeze for a cold treat! Bon Apetit! :)
>Will make about 1-2 pints (2-4 cups)
