Well this is again for 
Lucky the Hippo Alchemist
This time he was a Simic researcher on the plane of Ravnica. Our subject was searching for something to enhance his adaptive skills. He succeeded in turning himself into a large three eyed-frog-mutant. With powers of course to turn people into frogs. The idea came from an old card from Dissension, Omnibian.

heheh.... reminds me of a couple of RPG concepts, such as the mutation-researching and using alchemists in pathfinder, or the "flesh mages" in D&D... a scenareo like this would be a rousing success!... now to test it's usefulness on others is where things get complicated... and fun.
