Rockin' (Flash animation)
For those who've seen my icon, well, this is what I made it from. I had to cut down the length of it and cut out some frames to make it fit within FA's 50KB limit.
I was working on this Flash animation as something to do while we were out of town. I made a drawing of Jennie in Sai using layers, and then exported the various pieces to Flash and made an armature connecting all the parts together. (I didn't know how to do this. Actually I made an armature, then got rid of it, then made another one.) I animated the armature and voila, Jennie dances!
I've been thinking about animating Jennie with an armature in Flash for a while, but I didn't get an actual idea for what to do with this until recently. Finally, one hit me. So, the alarm clock starts playing music, and I'm not startled at all ... instead I start groovin' to the tunes. Until I accidentally hit the snooze button, that is. Oops. Sigh.

Well how I do it is probably the wrong way :D But you draw stuff in object mode and then use the bone tool to draw bones that hook the objects together, starting with the one that will move the least and making a skeleton (or armature, since that's just a collection of connected bones) out of the objects. Anyway ... thankoo much Lucca! *hug* :)
