I think it's a very nice poem, and not just because it's about rabbits, though that doesn't hurt at all. It's very well written, and for me, at least, it evokes a number of emotions and thoughts, without being at all heavy handed.

Yeah, me too. I keep meaning to try, and then putting it off for one reason or another. But once I get back home, I may upload some of my old poetry I had up on that now-abandoned website I had.
