Decided to work with media I almost never use -- pastels and markers -- and doodled until I came up with this! Looks like some sort of serpent thing is consuming the sun and bringing nighttime with him. Or something. I added the leaves/flowers just for some texture. The paper was fun, it's rough and yellowish and looks old.

The stripe of tan on the serpent's body is where my blue marker died, haha. This is why I don't like markers!
