Poor Tsadoon has to adjust her (lack of) wardrobe in accordance to the climate. (Too lazy to draw one of those autmny-wintery backgrounds). There aren't boots for her kind of feet, so she has to make do with sandals in order to keep a layer between her and the cold ground. Mind you, that this getup is intended for temperatures between roughly 2°C and 13°C. Below 2°C she certainly won't go outside and above 13°C it's starting to get a little too warm for that coat-robe.
I'm not really up to drawing the needed clothing folds, mostly because I haven't learned yet how to properly draw them

Who knows what's going on in that twisted mind of hers at that moment - it's only certain that she wants to hurry somewhere, but not alone.
