Since I had to completely redraw the foot, I couldn't use any of the foot templates for obvious reasons, took me about 3-4 hours I think. With a lot of fiddling around in the end.
If you can use one of the templates as a base, then I'd say it is rather easy to do, if you know how to work with Flash's brushes.

Flash can be pretty weird when it comes to the brushes and their behaviour, that's something I always find out anew, when I'm doing something with it, for example completely redrawing an animation X3
However recoloring that template consists of almost only using the fill bucket. Then again I'm not sure if those canine looking feet in the template would suite a Chu, also you'd have to draw a new tail.
