I know. The lack there of of those two animals in Pokemon is kind of puzzling.

I don't know, I still like the newer Pokemon, but I do think we need some Dolphin and Swordfish Pokemon. I mean, how many cat Pokemon do we need.

Also, I'd REALLY like to see a legit wolf Pokemon.

...I thought Garbodor was kinda clever and cute to be honest. However, when it comes to the Pokemon Vanilluxe, I'm kinda with the majority on that one.

It's okay, you don't have to like Garbodor or Trubbish.

In the same way, I feel that way about Voltorb and Electrode. They're supposed to be based off of mimics: demons who take the form of treasure chests, but they're just so generic. They tried again with Foongus and Amoongus, but they could have been a bit better too. They're just mushrooms with Pokeball patterns.

Honestly, all gens showed some laziness, not just the later gens. I mean, Diglet/Dugtrio were just whack-a-moles. Compare that to Excadrill. It may not look that creative, but it does put a pretty cool spin on the whole Moles and Drills connection. Instead of having drills for hands or something, Excadrill IS the drill. ...I do kind of think they put more effort into his name though. Excadrill sounds kinda... bleh.

He's really hard to use effectively in X and Y. That's because his whole purpose changed from the previous game. ...He's also kinda cute too. :)
