Believe it or not I've been debating on what abilities Bootz should actually have, the portal thing being one of them but instead of being able to go everywhere like Purple his is more limited to certain distances or rather how far he goes within the portal and where he ends up coming out. Almost like a Russian Roulette kinda thing, so tell me people, whatcha think people? :3
