This is a Kinaranth. They are Elf like creatures that will appear in my DracioN manga. They are 3.5, very small, but they make up for that with their powerful magic. I actually had the artwork done a long time ago, but trying to come up with a creative name is hard. Then I came up with Kinaranth. Creative, no?
Here's some info:

A species of elf like creatures that lived in the forests and mountain caves. They despised Humans after they destroyed their homes for their own wellbeing and fought against them though none of them were able to prevail. Over time they studied powerful magic and hid away in the forests and mountains waiting to attack and destroy any who trespass. However greed would not stop within the hearts of men even if it meant another war between them and these delicate creatures. In the second war many were lost, even many Humans were slaughtered that day, but feeling grief for their attacks, the Kinaranth made up with the humans. To this day the humans and Kinaranth live in complete peace, though not all Kinaranth felt the same. The ones who despised Humans left their tribes living in their own ways still hating the Humans with a passion. As for the rest of the Kinaranth, they live peacefully refusing to fight unless absolutely necessary and using their magic only to help the needed.

All Kinaranth are small, has two tails, short claws on their toes and small sharp teeth, though they were never known to use them. They mostly rely on their powerful magic to not harm the threat but rather scare them away with illusions.
Most Kinaranth live happily in the woods. The ones that do have dark olive green skin and blond or white hair and use magic to manipulate plant life when in danger.
The ones that live in mountain caves are not very use to the sun, making their bodies light grey or brown. Their black eyes indicate they can see well in the darkness. Most cave Kinaranth are lonely for many get frightened bumping into these creatures in the dark
Some Kinaranth love the towns the Humans have built and have even decided to live with them. Some being merchants or some just living there with a big happy family. Some Kinaranth and Humans of the opposite genders have also been known to be in loving relationships.
