About two hours total.
Tried to pick 64 of my favorite shots from the con, then had to crop each of the faces in an exact square. Resized all the faces to 500x500, then began putting them together on a black background like a big jigsaw. After I'd finished I then had to resize again to make it fit the 1280x1280 FA size limit.
Very fun to do, though.
I could have added more, but I wanted the faces to still be large enough to be recognized easily.
