I haven't actually seen him fat (yet). I quite like the design, especially with the flowing red cape blowing in the wind.

His face is almost always hidden, but by the end his finally shows it. His colors are normally a purple scarf and white jacket, but I changed it just for fun here

The red/purple combination is kinda neat. Have you tried making multiple versions of him with different colored clothes before, by any chance?

He's very different by that point, yes. Cudo's very consumed b self loathing and pity, hence why his face is often hidden. After the main story ends and he starts learning to get over his problems he starts gaining a lot of confidence (and weight) so he's a much more independent person then, and no not really. I changed my initial color idea because I kept thinking "Why would there be a purple straight jacket?" it just didn't make sense, unless it was custom made and his isn't. He purposefully keeps himself in one, so just the standard white straight jacket fit best. However, the purple was always a color I liked on him and is his favorite color so I switch it to his scarf color.

Yeah, I can see why you would ask that question. Sometimes, you have to ask yourself things like that when making a design that may not be normal and whether they serve a purpose or not or are just made to look cool.
