And, ah, Axis and Allies. Takes half an hour to set up, and fifteen minutes before someone walks off bored, at least based off of my experience.

And yes. I agree with you that Axis and Allies is possibly the most boring, history based game ever and a lot more difficult to set up than the Albedo RPG.

But, yes, finding decent games has become increasingly difficult, either board or RPG. And finding players for them even moreso. *looks at books and boxes collecting dust*

I hate to admit it, but there's a Dilbert themed game out there which is possibly the most humiliating and demoralizing game I've ever played... And it's supposed to be Funny. (Too close to "Real" life I figure, and somehow I always end up playing "Wally.")

Could it be that folks are getting less and less interested in board and role playing games? Over here at the Zoo I would not be surprised at all if everyone here except me plays World Wide Pokemon for eight to ten hours a day on their tablet phones.

That's the exact game. Dilbert Corporate shuffle. The only game I know where the players can get "Fined" for wearing blue jeans on a "Non Casual dress day," and bicker over possession of a potted plant.
