to help do collage work more efficency, last week I moved my work station from the 55" tv to a new office style setup. That's also a Coolermaster lap pad/cooler because the exhaust can get hot enough to cause burns (normal, but I'll never buy AMD again). I also have 3 external hard drives for files (256G, 512G, and 1T) I just double the size whenever I fill one up. The laptop used to be a pressure sensitive pen+touch tablet when it came with Vista, but Wacom and HP never came out with a new driver, so I only h the pen with no touch, pressure, or eraser (and I'm not going back to Vista). So this weekend I gave up and got a Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen+4fingerTouch. I actually like it better because my hand is out of the way and it has more drag/resistance like paper. plus it has the 4 finger touch so I can scroll, zoom, rotate, pan, navigate, and change windows with no buttons (i'm starting to sound like steve jobs ...ughh). I like the equal lighting because it keeps me focused when writing long ass essays, and the Beats are just amazing (I'm thinking about getting the Pill by Dre) over all the upgraded work space cost $260 (chair, floor, desk, and tablet). I'm starting my next class on Monday (Design Applications) so I had to get an antivirus program (which ive never had), fortunately AVG is free and it found no viruses but a few errors. (antivirus is just a well played marketing scam playing off of peoples fears). so... here we go
oh yeah, I also signed with Verizon when they still had unlimited data, so I get my internet through Easy Tether on my phone =)
Eventually I want to build my own PC, which will run about $1,500 with Windows 8. But finishing the exhaust on Broncosaurus is my first priority.

I took it apart to see if there was any way to improve it, and it's crazy that all of that heat can be transferred with a single copper air tube. that's why my next computer will have the absolute best cooling available (aside from liquid cooling). I've had this one for over 4 years now and it was $2000 when I got it, but it's staring to fall behind, and a desk top would be a smarter and cheaper choice. it'll be based around the i7 3770k processor.
