Yeah, kinda XD I only spotted it because I use FL Studio as well. PERSONALLY, I think it sounds much better if you run Slayer dry, and use Hardcore in the rack to add distortion. That's what I do until I replace it with an actual guitar recording anyway X3 (if I do that is)

I'll have to check your stuff out some time. I love metalstep on the rare occasions that it's done right. But yeah, no matter how you slice it, synthesized guitars just aren't as expressive as the real thing. There are so many sounds a guitar can make that a single guitar synth can't, and little nuances like the difference between finger-picking and a pick, hammer-ons, pull-offs, and slides, etc. which CAN be replicated with enough fine-tuned automations on pretty much every knob, but if you plan on using guitars a lot in your music, it's honestly less effort to learn to play than to meticulously program your synth for every song until it sounds realistic.
