Believe it or not, I haven't sketched any pokemon for over a decade! I was bored at work and then realised how much I used to enjoy playing the games and watching the show. The games were awesome (though I retired after Pokemon Gold) and the show, whilst it had a lot of annoying characters, did have some great emotional parts and of course Team Rocket.
Some of my favourites (including ones I would battle with regularly) appear here; Dodrio (which I would choose as my personal pokemon pet of choice), Koffing, Murkrow, Staryu, Charizard, Lugia and Electabuzz.
FACT: When I played the games with my friends (who were as mad about Pokemon as much if not more than I was) I was nicknamed "Team Rocket" since I tended to favour the sort of Pokemon they would use (Weezing, Victreebel) and other antagonist types of Pokemon (Dodrio and Electabuzz) against them - and often lose! XD

I've always taking a liking to Machoke, partly because of their muscle-bound features and...(but I mustn't say anymore or I might get some rather *ahem* dirty thoughts. )
Anyway, other Pokemon I liked were Staryu, Eevee (and evolutions), and Charizard, so we have some things in common there as well.
