King Licaon and his daughter Arctos.
The name Licaon derives from "lycos" which means "wolf", while "Arctos" means bear.
As always when going so backwards in time there are tons of versions of the same myth, however from Arctos derives the name of the Arcadian lineage, so much for the Spartan who said to descend from Hercules...
...and there are at least three lineages who said to derive from the same eponymous hero.
