How does this work?
If you commission me at a convention, and your badge is one of the several badges at random I choose as potential winners. the first badge that is one of the potential winners that s uploaded on FA that notifies me that the badge has been posted on will be the winner.
qualifications:
1. Be one of the randomly selected badges from my commission list at the con.
2. Be the first to upload your badge on FA and...
3. Be the first to notify me that the badge you commissioned me at the con is up on FA.
Thats it.
for now I will select 1 winner each con. I may go to 2 or 3 winners if I have more time.
