You guys know the drill:
Vote for which one you want to win in the comments below. Votes will be tallied to see who wins this page and takes a small thematic advantage into the next page. The first to win two pages wins the match. If a character wins 2-0 they get an extra page to indulge in their victory (as seen in the previous match). ADDITIONAL votes can be purchased at $1 a vote. PM me if you are interested in buying them.

heheh pretty smart!~ Though this does bring up a random though, humor me cause i know what you did was just for the plot sake, but usually if electricity is running thought water the electrical current would dissipate after a few second/moments unless there was a continuous source from which the electric current flowed thought. So is it safe to assume that Surge is capable of producing electricity continuously on his own or does he manage to store it somehow and call it forth to do his bidding as he pleases? >!>
BTW rotto.

sillys water does not conduct electricity XD
well water itself does not, its actually salt and everything that water can hold at an ion level that makes it conduct electricity.
When salts are dissolved in water, they separate into different electrically charged atoms called ions. Salt, or sodium chloride (NaCl), breaks up into positive Na ions and negative Cl ions.
If you place a battery with a negative pole and a positive pole into water, the negative ions will be attracted to the positive pole and the positive ions will be attracted to the negative pole thus creating a closed circuit. It's not the water doing it its the salt.

logic - they are aliens, the electric fox one has some sort of cells in his body that let him attract particle ions in the air or has an organ inside him that makes them and changes them to positive and negative to make a flow of electricity similar to how an electric eels organs work, this in turn will also let him bend the particle ions of the water, if the water has any and he can make a big enough volt. water is also magnetic in some ways do to electrons, so he could also control the water by generating enough static and placing it into different places at fast speeds, again it needs high static charge to do. He also would not shock himself cause maybe he has another organ that stores up charge and releases it slowly, or he built up enough static that the water is not even touching his body.
no logic - its a comic it does not have to make sense ^^

Nothing against you at all, but I made a promise to Roco, especially given something he and Artie suprised me out of the blue with. I owe him, but also have been waiting to get a good few things from Stank for a while. This lets me knock out both of those things at the same time.
I don't think he anticipated how many people were going to be willing to throw money on this, or the amounts it would get up to/will get up to in future rounds. (He may want to consider having a placeholder journal in which credits are listed all in one place!)
I'm not sure if you backed yourself with any of the bought votes that were on your side - if you did, I think you put in enough for at least one comic of some sort? If so, I look forward to seeing it!
