My brother had one from Lucasarts when we were kids. They sent him a personalized note congratulating him on "saving his money for a light year" to buy it. We were very impressed at the time!
They also started sending us their newletter, which had Sam and Max comics in it. And a really cool fold-out with the Day of the Tentacle characters posing like the Star Wars poster.
