This is  Levian Jenkins .... or would be, if Sedire hadn't taken him over. That is one of Sedire's powers: To take over the body of others and shape them how she wants, though she rarely if ever keeps them permanently.

As you can see, she's already altered Des enough so she looks more likea cat with chimera features, rather than a chimera with feline features (though since it's Dez' body, the latter is mroe true), and now she's gonna have some fun~
