Ok, this is the "finished" product.
I know it's not perfect (I screwed up inking his right eye), and he has NO legs... but yeah, I dun care.... it's funny though, the picture started as a fox, then went to bear, then lizard, than naga, and when I did the face, and decided to add ears to the head (which used to be a LOT bigger) I decided that the muzzle shape I had picked would be better suited for a rat.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was setting his waitline too far back, too low, and angled up too much, so it was throwing off the stomach/back.
I made his shoulders and muzzle smaller, sharpened the lines on his hands, added piercings, a tattoo, changed the way I did his abs *actually took it from the one you drew for me*.
I think the small outline for abs looks better, a lot more natural than defining each one.
Oh, and added a nose.
