More or less a quickie image since I couldn't quite commit to really doing much to the original sketch, so in turn sort of went for a very fantasy sketch look in the end. Title was chosen to match the cursing I used to do when I was 13.
I've made a bit of a joke of this, but my main character Mewblade has about 6-10 characters flanking off of her, all of them girls and basically all with spiky apparatuses, scythes, sickles and often death names. In this case, this is my war pegasus, Blades. Originally she was designed as my Mewthree was later, black with sickles all the way down the spine. After Mewblade was made Blades' design was retrogressed, and took on a white color and spines instead. She is the only character design of my 200+ made where her design was changed to favor that of another. She is also one that despite being about 13-14 years old (made in 1998-1999) has never been depicted at all.
I'm not really good at drawing horse bodies from head on. Apparently quoting my horse obsessed friends, I can draw some of the best horse rumps around. Not really something I want to be a master at there. Image is simple. Scanned the sketch, cleaned it up and added a few layers of varying texture and degrees of light and dark. I was not going to do a full paper effect. Not my thing. Hopefully it makes for a good presentation of the character whose details another one of mine stole.
(In case the remark comes up, My Little Pony bronies, there was no MLP influence here.)
