For this, I tried spinning the whisk faster. I ended up getting a TON of bouncing sparks (which I think are really cool), and I also ended up with that really bright line going from the center to the top right. That's the main clump of molten metal flinging off into the caul-de-sac I was in. That is one reason that this is dangerous.
