September 1st Run for the Fallen.
I finished 5th in the 5K (3.10686 miles) at 25:39,
and 6th in the Mile at 7:36.
I took about 30 seconds longer than I wanted to in both runs.
doing 4 hard miles in toe shoes wasn't the smartest idea,
at least I dont get shin splints any more.
