Wow, can't belive I'm just now getting around to posting this! x n x
On the 18th of August the gallery where I work hosted an event called The Dog & Cat Days of Summer | Friends of the Shelter Pup Art Fundraiser, which benefited the local shelter and all of its doggies. There were also dogs there for adoption (nngh my heart ; o ; ) as well as dogs that were there with their pet parents and families! It was a really good time and I look forward to it again next year.

We had art of all kinds for sale for the event as well as a silent auction! I really wanted to do something to contribute (other than my eye pendants) so I painted this pretty kitty! He didn't sell sadly, but he's still hanging up in the gallery for sale. :D He'll probably be coming with me to AWA in a few weeks to find a new home~
